REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the commission is exactly what you want, we need you to share in detail everything you would like it to include.

It is important to have a clear idea of what you want, as I will provide a quote based on this.

Remember to attach reference images and have a clear idea of the project.

Once everything is ready and you have a clear idea of the project, payment will proceed.

PAYMENT

For international payments, you can use Paypal or Ko-Fi. If you reside in Colombia, you have the option to use Nequi or Daviplata, depending on the currency.

Due to high demand and a waiting list, 100% payment is required upon commission request to ensure project progression. For commissions over $550, installment payments can be negotiated for convenience and financial flexibility.

PROCESS

Delivery time may vary depending on complexity and the creative process.

Each emote will be ready in approximately 4 business days or less.

Creating VTuber models can take between 4 and 12 months due to the complexity and potential revisions during the process. If you'd like to expedite the delivery, you can opt to pay an additional fee for a faster turnaround.

The client has the right to use Vtuber illustrations and models for personal and commercial purposes. However, unauthorized redistribution or sale is prohibited.

The client agrees to use Vtuber illustrations and models in an ethical and legal manner, exempting the illustrator from any responsibility for improper use.

I reserve the right to use any artwork created for the client in my personal portfolio, social media, website, and other promotional channels, including images, work-in-progress shots, and final versions. If the client desires confidentiality for the project, they must pay the additional fee specified in the pricing table.

CREATION AND CHANGES PROCESS

Once payment is made, a form will be sent to you to fill out with specific project details.

During the sketching process, several options for the face, outfit, hair, and body will be provided for the client to choose from. Small changes will also be allowed.

After the client selects the preferred options, color sketches will be made to choose the most suitable color palette.

After this, the rendering and layer-by-layer modeling process begins. Changes will no longer be possible at this stage due to the division into many layers.

Before rigging, the client can select the expressions and animations they want, depending on the selected package.

Once rigging starts, no further changes to the illustration will be allowed.

REFUND POLICY

For VTuber commissions, clients have a 24-hour period after making the initial minimum payment of 50% to retract and receive a refund, excluding PayPal commission fees. After this period, the initial payment will be non-refundable due to the start of the work process and the reserved slot.

No refunds will be issued once the work has started, as several options will be sent to the client during the sketching process for selection and small changes. This process includes sketches of the face, outfit, hair, body, and color sketches for palette selection.
